What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, organisation, email, mobile number, city and requirement. We also record the date and time, your internet (IP) address, your browser type and the page you came from, which helps us spot spam.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up on it, or to handle dealer enquiries and feedback. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

How we keep it

Enquiries reach us by email. A backup copy is kept on our web server in a place that cannot be opened from the internet, so that no enquiry is lost if an email fails.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent. Write to lalit@goyalka.com or goyalka@gmail.com.
