About Goyalka Brothers
Goyalka Brothers was established in Kolkata in 1964. Over six decades we have grown into one of India's largest manufacturers of tarpaulins and related canvas products, supplying institutions and individual buyers across India and abroad.
Our story
Tents and tarpaulins have been our work since 1964. Alongside them we make shamianas for decorators and caterers, ground sheets for the army and police, aprons and bulking sheets for tea gardens, and postal bags for the postal department and courier companies.
Our tents are made under strict quality control and carry a guarantee against manufacturing defects. When a buyer brings a design of their own, we develop it together and keep the specifications confidential.
What we make today
- Canvas tents: single fly, double fly officer's and EPIP tents
- Deluxe tents: Kabul pal and Swiss cottage / VIP tents
- Shamianas with side walls (kanats)
- Tarpaulins: cotton canvas, HDPE, LDPE and nylon
- Ground sheets: rubberised and non-rubberised
- Canvas aprons, bulking sheets, postal bags and mail bags
