Deluxe Tents: Swiss Cottage and Kabul Pal
Our deluxe tents add a verandah and a bathroom or store room to the basic tent. The Kabul pal tent has a bathroom at the rear and a verandah in front. The Swiss cottage tent, also called a deluxe, VIP or resort tent, adds a third layer of cloth, bamboo curtains, a ground sheet and a bathroom or store room, in sizes up to 20 x 20 ft.
Kabul Pal Tent with Bathroom and Verandah
The Kabul pal tent has a semicircular room at the rear, used as a bathroom, and a canopy at the front that works as a verandah. It is made of two layers of cloth and stands 8 ft high at the centre, with 3 ft walls.

Swiss Cottage / Deluxe / VIP Tent
The Swiss cottage tent is a double fly tent with three layers of cloth in both flies. It has a rectangular or semicircular verandah at the front and a bathroom or store room at the rear. Bamboo curtains cover the doorway and verandah, and the main room has a ground sheet. Ventilation, hangers, pockets, rings for mosquito nets and detachable walls are included.
Resorts and camps use Swiss cottage tents as guest rooms, usually pitched on a raised plinth with the verandah in front and the bathroom at the rear. They are made in olive green, white or cream canvas, with a decorative frill along the edge of the roof.
